ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
"i) issue a writ of certiorari to quash Annexure-F the official memorandum dt. 6.4.2015 bearing No. BSDR 06/71-72 (Ashraya 29/13-14) issued by the 3rd respondent insofar as it relates to Item No.10 in respect of site No.19 measuring 40x50ft formed in Sy.No.53 measuring 5.11 acres of land situated at Chikkahonnenahalli village of Hassan taluk and district and allot the same in favor of the petitioner and direct the respondents to execute the title deed in his favor within a specified period.
ii) issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case."
