stating that during the pendency of this writ petition, loan
account of the petitioner has been closed under the One
Time Settlement Scheme. Therefore, the relief sought for
in this writ petition does not survive for consideration.
The memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of directing
the respondents-KSFC to return the original title deeds in relation to the subject property to the petitioner, if not already released.
All pending I.As., if any, are disposed of accordingly.
