The calendar of events published for conducting election to the Managing Committee of respondent No.4-Society is impugned in this petition. This Court was not inclined to grant an interim order of stay. The election was scheduled on 09.07.2017. The election having been conducted and election results having been declared thereof, the relief sought for in this petition does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, writ petition stands is dismissed for having become infurctuous.
