”The Petitioner above named most respectfully submits as follows:
1. It is submitted that the above petition was filed seeking quashing of the show cause notice issued by the Respondent. However, the Petitioner has now been informed that the Respondent has already passed orders in relation to the impugned show cause notice.
2. Therefore, it is submitted that the Petitioner does not intend to pursue the above matter and hence, craves liberty of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above matter as not pressed.
WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above matter, with liberty to initiate further proceedings as per law, in the interest of justice and equity."
3. In light of the same, petition is dismissed.
