This writ petition is filed by the petitioner/complainant for issuing direction to respondent No.2-Lokayuktha to submit the report on the complaint referred by the Special Judge in P.C.R.No.65/2020 dated 13.04.2022.

for respondent No.1-State and Sri K. Prasanna Shetty, learned counsel appeared for respondent No.2-Lokayuktha.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the State Government has sent a report not according permission with a request to the Lokayuktha to submit report to the Special Court. The copy of the document is furnished to the Court.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2, the respondent No.2-Lokayuktha undertaken to submit the report to the Special Court.
