Sri.J.Pradeep Kumar., counsel for the petitioner and Sri.G.V.P.Reddy., counsel for the respondent have appeared in person.

For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their status and rankings before the Labour Court.

The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 11.07.2024 passed by the II Addl. Labour Court, Bengaluru on I.A.No.2 in Reference No.18/2022 vide Annexure-A on several grounds as set-out in the Memorandum of Writ Petition.

Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments urged on behalf of the respective parties and perused the Writ papers with care.

Suffice it to note that before the Labour Court, the first party filed an application in I.A.No.2 under Section 10(4) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 seeking interim relief. The Labour Court extenso referred to the material on record and vide order dated 11.07.2024, partly allowed the application and directed the second party management to pay Rs.20,000/- per

month to the first party by way of interim relief. I find no grounds to interfere with the same. However, the Labour Court is directed to consider the issue involved in the matter and dispose of the reference as expeditiously as possible, within the outer limit of six months.

Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of .
