ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioners seek for the following
reliefs:
”a) Call for records in proceedings bearing MA No. 44/2022 pending consideration before the Hon'ble Court of VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru vide ANNEXURE - A3;
b) Issue a writ in a nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order/s or direction/s directing the Hon'ble Court of VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District,
Bengaluru to dispose of the proceedings bearing MA No.44/2022 vide ANNEXURE - A3 as expeditiously as possible by fixing a time frame; and
c) Issue any other appropriate writ/s or order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to pass considering the present facts and circumstances of the case inclusive of costs in the interest of justice and equity."

privilege to approach this Court, this Court cannot lose sight of the fact that many litigants are knocking the doors of the Court waiting for the turn and if one person is given privilege over the other, the very purpose of justice would be defeated. For the foregoing reasons, this Court is of the considered view that the direction as sought by the petitioners cannot be granted in the present facts and accordingly, this court pass the following:
ORDER
The writ petition is hereby dismissed .
