Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent Corporation renewed the trade license for the period 2023-24 to 2027-28 in view of the order dated 10.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25099/2023. In view of the renewal of license, the notice dated 22.02.2024 and endorsement dated 28.03.2024 are
deemed to have been withdrawn by the respondent Corporation. In view of the above discussion, the writ
petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having
become infructuous.
