claims that before her posting to KGF, the taluk was merged with Bangarpet Taluk and Sri M. Vijayanna was Grade-1 Tahsildar of Bangarpet Taluk, who was custodian of all the revenue records. (ii) She claimed that on 22.12.2017 and 18.01.2018, the Committee constituted under Section 94A of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 and Rule 108C of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966, had processed certain applications that were pending for regularization of unauthorized cultivation and had disposed them (iii) She contends that 40 files pertaining to such grants that were pending for transfer of Khata, were transferred to her for mutation, in favour of the grantees. The petitioner acknowledged the receipt of said 40 files. The petitioner on going through the files, found that several documents were missing and therefore, requested the Tahsildar of Bangarpet to provide necessary particulars vide communication dated 06.09.2021. However, the Tahsildar of Bangarpet failed to respond. (iv) In the meanwhile, the petitioner received some documents, which related to about 16 files out of the 40 files received from the office of the Tahsildar, Bangarpet.
