ORAL ORDER
order passed mutating his name in the revenue entries, same is required to be continued till the property is alienated or an investigation is done under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 removing or altercating the earlier mutation ordered in the name of the petitioner. Computrization of RTC is not a ground to delete the name of any person from RTC. Hence, the following:
ORDER
i) Respondent No.2 is directed to verify the RTC and if it is found that the name of the petitioner is found in the RTC from the year 1980-2000, same is ordered to be continued thereafter. The said exercise shall be made within a period of eight weeks from the date of certified copy of this order;
