The case of the petitioner is that the land belonging to her family was submerged in the Hemavati Backwater and as per the policy of the Government she is entitled to alternative land. She has made the necessary application before respondent No.5. As the same has not been considered so far, present writ petition is filed.

necessary enquiry will be initiated pursuant to the application made by the petitioner and a decision will be taken in this regard.
