"WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus and direct the respondent to expunge the anonymous portion i.e. "9141162893 this Mobile number is in contact with the accused persons, on thorough analysis, it is found that this mobile number is also in contact with one the arrested accused Dr. Syed Ismil Afaaque @ Afaaque is an active member of IM against whom a case in crime no. 11/15 at Pulikeshi Nagar Police station registered, identification and verification of these Mobile numbers to be conducted.", in Document no.D-88 of the charge sheet filed in the RC No.04/2016-17 in connection of crime no.124/2016 pending in files of 49th Addl City Civil and Session Judge at Bangalore as Spl CC no.181/2017, in the interest of justice and equity."
