Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the ordinance bearing No. RGU / AUTH / 140SYN/117-6 (Exam) / 2018-19 dated 29.03.2019 governing the valuation of answer scripts of PG, PG-Diploma and SuperSpecialty courses issued by the respondent University vide Annexure-F only insofar as it relates to the average of the total marks awarded by four valuators by considering two valuators instead of four, in view of the terms of the decision of the Academic

Council of RGO/AUTH CAC/08/2022-23 the respondent University taken on 20.04.2022 vide Annexure-A and
b. Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent university to re-compute the results of the failed theory subject of the Post-Graduation Examinations that commenced on 7th July and the last exams were on 14th July 2023 on pediatric subjects undertaken by the petitioner by considering the highest marks awarded by two valuators from amongst the valuation marks awarded by four valuators, for the purpose of computation of the results: in terms of the decision of the academic council of the respondent university taken on 20.04.2022 are per annexure a; and to announce the results afresh without any delay.
