The petitioner is issued with the impugned Annexure-A dated 03.07.2024 stipulating that she must deposit Rs.65,00,000/on or before 31.07.2024. This is after this Court's order dated 22.03.2021 in W.P.No.23182/2015. The petitioner, in terms of the orders in the aforesaid proceedings and the demand, will have to pay a further sum of Rs.50,00,000/-. It is submitted in unison that this petition could be disposed of observing that the petitioner will be at liberty to pay the balance amount of Rs.50,00,000/- on or before 31.01.2025.
