ORDER
The petitioner, who was working as District Commandant, is aggrieved by the order dated 20.06.2012 in No.DqÀ½vÀ(1)/22.¹fN/2011-12, and by this impugned order he is relieved from such responsibilities calling upon the Additional Police Inspector to assume such charge and to file a report. The learned counsel, who is on record for the petitioner, cannot now represent him, and as such, Court notice is issued. The Court notice is returned

with the endorsement that the petitioner has left the address.
This Court must observe that if the petitioner has not taken any measure to verify the status of the petition and make alternative arrangement, it is obvious that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Therefore, the petition stands rejected.
