Though matter was passed over and called again, there is no representation.
This petition was filed on 08.09.2023 and returned with office objections including non-payment of Court Fee. Thereafter, time for compliance was granted on 19.09.2023, 18.10.2023, 30.10.2023 and 29.01.2024. Despite lapse of time, there is no compliance. This would indicate that petitioners are not diligent in pursuing petition. Hence, writ petition is dismissed for noncompliance of office objections.
