ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus directing the Family Court to dispose off the pending G&WC.266/2022 and MC.No.101/2023. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is facing several difficulties as such the pending cases have to be disposed of expeditiously. The pending cases are of the year 2022 and there are several cases pending before the courts which are much older than the present case. In all these matrimonial matters, the difficulties of the parties are one and the same. This court cannot take any exception and direct the case of the year 2022 to be disposed off on priority.
