In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

“a) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 08.08.2022 vide Annexure – R in the interest of justice and equity.

b) Issue writ in nature of mandamus of directing the respondents to consider the government proceedings government order dated 18.06.2020 vide Annexure – B and GO dated 07.08.2020 vide Annexure – C, in the interest of justice and equity.

c) Issue writ in nature of mandamus of directing the respondents to consider the state government additional GO dated 29.08.2020 at Annexure – D, GO dated 03.09.2020 vide Annexure – F, GO dated 01.04.2021 vide Annexure – H, in the interest of justice and equity.

d) Issue any other order directions of this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case

including as to the cost of this writ petition in the interest of justice and equity.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

HCGP for the respondents and perused the material on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representation at Annexure – R dated 08.08.2022 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra, learned HCGP for respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are hereby directed to address the grievance of the petitioner and consider her representation at Annexure – R dated 08.08.2022 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
