In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“a) A writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 28.02.2022, 08.12.2023, 22.12.2023, 08.12.2023 filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-‘K’, ‘L’, ’M’, ’N’ to the writ petition, or alternate a direction, or order may be for awarding compensation by initiating the acquisition proceedings, in the interest of justice and equity.
b) Any other writ or order or direction to which this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, including the cost of this writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity.”
