In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

“a. Issue a writ in nature of mandamus or order or direction to the 4^th respondent to consider the petitioner representation as per Annexure-B, dated 28.09.2007 in the interest of justice and equity.

b. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus order or direction to the 5^th and 7^th respondents to consider the “Annexure-D” memo No. ��

�� dated 10.06.2013 and “Annexure-G” dated 19.09.2014 No. �� to consider the respondent No.5 to 7, conducted the survey of the lands 45, 46 & 47 in the interest of justice and equity.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

HCGP for the respondents and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner had submitted the aforesaid representation long back, the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh representation and concerned respondents may be directed to consider and pass appropriate orders / take appropriate decision within a stipulated time frame.

of the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with all relevant documents including documents produced by the petitioner in the present petition. After the said representation is

submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders / take appropriate steps within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the fresh / new representation, in accordance with law, bearing in mind the documents produced by the petitioner in the present petition as well as those submitted by the petitioner along with the representation.
