ORAL ORDER
This Court, on 31.07.2024, directed the registry to intimate petitioner – party in person that the matter was listed on 22.08.2024. On 22.08.2024, neither the petitionerparty in person was present nor was there any representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed for dismissal on 29.08.2024. Even today, the petitioner – party in person is not present before the Court. It appears that the petitioner-party in person is not interested in prosecuting the petition. This Court left with no other option than to dismiss the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
