Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-allotment of the alternative site by the respondent-BDA, as the petitioner has contended that the land belonging to the petitioner has been acquired by the respondent-authorities, for the purpose of formation of outer ringer road. In this regard, the petitioner has made representation and same is pending consideration.

In that view of the matter, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation dated 30.07.2015 (Annexure-F), within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
