The petitioners are seeking following reliefs;
" a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate writ directing respondent to, consider the recommendation of Selection Committee dated 07.07.2021 and 18.12.2020 recommending to constitute the District Waqf Advisory Committee in so far as the petitioner's Districts are concerned vide Annexure-A and B respectively.
b) Pass such other orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of this case in the interest of justice and equity."
