For that, the husband has filed his objections stating that after deductions his take home salary is Rs.43,911/-, but he has taken several loans and after paying all the EMIs, he is left with only Rs.10,000/- and odd. It is very difficult for him to pay maintenance of an amount of Rs.10,000/-. The Trial Court considering all these aspects and the fact that the respondent/wife is not working and no material is placed before the Court to show that the wife is working. The assets and liabilities filed by the husband shows that after all the deductions his income is Rs.43,911/-. Accordingly, the Trial Court had partly allowed the petition and directed the petitioner/husband to pay interim maintenance of an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month from the date of application till disposal of the case. It is also observed that if the wife continued in the leased premises by continuing lease by the husband and his mother, he has to pay maintenance of an amount of Rs.10,000/- only and if the said premises is vacated or the wife is made to vacate the said premises, he has to pay additional maintenance amount of Rs.10,000/- per
