In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following

reliefs:

“[a] Call for records from the file of the 3^rd respondent in respect of the land in question.

¶27

[b] Issue any appropriate order or direction or a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2018 vide Annexure-J for reconnection of electricity connection.”

The limited grievance of the petitioner in the

present petition is that despite having submitted a representation dated 06.09.2018, the respondents are not considering the same and no orders have been passed and

as such, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents would consider and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders pursuant to the representation in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid facts and

circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose off this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps/action and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
