The case of the petitioner is that he purchased 32 guntas of land in Sy.No.102/1 situated in Gangenahalli village, Tavarakere-2 Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk and he has made a representation to respondent No.4 to change the revenue entries in respect of the property concerned in his name. As the same has not been done, present writ petition is filed.

Learned AGA upon instructions submits that the jurisdiction is presently vested with respondent No.3-

Assistant Commissioner and if the petitioner were to make necessary application to respondent No.3-Assistant

Commissioner, same would be considered in accordance with law and suitable orders will be passed.

necessary representation to respondent No.3 along with all necessary particulars;
