The writ petition is filed seeking for following:
"Wherefore, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be please to :-
submitted that father of petitioner Sri Shama Bhovi was
grantee of 2 acres land in Sy.no.73 (Old no.26, Block no.23) of Nagadevanahalli village, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk.

no.2 to consider representation. It was submitted that during course of said writ petition, an endorsement dated 09.06.2022 was placed on record, to indicate that land in question was acquired by Bangalore Development Authority (for short 'BDA'). Taking note of endorsement (Annexure-C), writ petition came to be disposed of, reserving liberty to petitioner to avail benefits provided under law.

in pursuance of order of resumption and restore lands to petitioner and therefore, sought for allowing writ petition.
taken note of endorsement and disposed of writ petition as per Annexure-D, reserving liability to petitioner to pursue his remedies for receiving benefits as provided under law. Thus, relief as sought for by petitioner in prayer no.2 stood declined and only option for petitioner was to seek to receive benefits in pursuance of land acquisition in case same were not already received.
