ORDER
The petitioner claims to be in possession of property bearing No.29 of Upparakanahalli Village, Mandya measuring 7 acres 6 guntas which was originally endowed to the deity of Maramma.

Occupants ) Act , 19741 . The competent authority passed an order directing the petitioner to vacate and handover the possession of the subject property. Against which, the petitioner filed an appeal under Section 10 (1)(2)(i) of the Act, 1974. The learned District Judge dismissed the appeal. Against which, the present petition is filed.
In view of dismissal of the petition, I.As., if any, are also rejected.
