Bijalgaon Village, Kamalanagar Taluk, Bidar District to (i) Mudhol (k) and (ii) Torana Villages, Kamalanagar Taluk, Bidar district by considering the representations dated 24-11-2023 made by the Petitioner vide Annexures-B & C; and for such other reliefs.”
In view of the above, the petition being unworthy of merits, is
liable to be and accordingly rejected in limine .
