There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
The objections raised by the registry are not rectified. On going through the averments and the prayer made in the memorandum of writ petition, it appears that the petition may not survive for consideration. According to the respondents, who are present before the Court, as the impugned order is dated 08.10.2020 with regard to the election to the post of Adhyaksha, it appears that the entire election process has been spent itself as the term of
Adhyaksha is for a period of 2½ years. Therefore, this petition does not survive for consideration any more. On this count the writ petition is dismissed for having spent itself.
