petitioner, wherein it is stated that the incumbents of the office of the respondent Nos.5 and 7 had indulged in colourable

exercise of power. It is stated that they are transferred out and that some other officers have taken over charge of respondent Nos.5 and 7. The petitioner therefore, contends that his grievance is met, but sought liberty to file a fresh petition, if need arises.
