ORDER
On 16.07.2024, this Court had permitted the learned counsel for the petitioner to retire from the case and directed the Registry to print the name of the party. It was stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by an E-mail dated 27.08.2021, he was instructed not to appear on her behalf and she has made several imputations against the counsel and certain defamatory statements were also made. The counsel had filed O.S.No.4881/2021 for the recovery of professional fees and the petitioner herein has filed written statement and she is contesting the same. Hence, this Court had permitted the counsel to retire from the case and directed to print the name of the party. Right from the E-mail dated 27.08.2021, till now, the petitioner has not taken steps to engage any other counsel. In that view of the matter, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
