In this petition, petitioner is seeking for the following reliefs:

"(A) Quash the endorsement dated 21.03.2024 passed in ANASANYABEAN CR12:2023-24, passed by the Deputy Director, (Food, Civil Supplies and Customer Affairs) Chikkamagaluru District, Chikkamagaluru, Vide

Annexure-B by issue of writ of certiorari, (B) Issue Writ of Mandamusor any appropriate direction directing the respondent no.3, issues authorization/license in favour of petitioner on compassionate grounds for distribution of essential commodities to the card holders,

(C) Issue any appropriate writ, order or direction as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."

2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned

Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the impugned endorsement dated 21.03.2024, the petitioner has submitted a representation/application dated 23.03.2024 and the respondent may consider the same within a stipulated time frame.

3. The said submission is placed on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I

deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondent to consider and take appropriate decisions/pass appropriate orders on the

representation/application, dated 23.03.2024 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, without reference to the impugned endorsements at Annexure-A, dated 30.01.2018 and
