The petition is preferred seeking the following prayer:

Sri.K.Shashikiran Shetty, representing the respondents, submits that the petitioners are running the club without any

license whatsoever to run the club from any statutory authority, except the license from the labour department for employment of labourers. The learned Advocate General would further submit that there are no labourers. The club runs contrary to law.
