It is submitted that the above petition was filed seeking direction to the respondent No.3 Bangalore University for approval of affiliation of the petitioner’s education institution and to quash the impugned endorsement No.Aca-
III/A3/VSEDT/2023-24 dated 08.05.2023 issued by R3 Bangalore University.
It is submitted that the respondent No.3 has issued affiliation to the academic year 2024-25, in view of the affiliation issued by the respondent No.3, the petitioner’s crave leave of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the above Writ Petition has not pressed.
Wherefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispose of the above Writ Petition as not pressed, in the interest of justice and equity.
