This present petition was filed on 02.12.2016. When the matter was listed before this Court on 15.03.2017, four weeks time was granted for compliance of office objections, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution and when the compliance was not made, the same was dismissed.

paid. Hence, the petitioner will not get the benefit of the order dated 03.10.2018, in view of non-compliance of the order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as not
