This Court earlier vide order dated 21.08.2024 directed to show the name of the petitioner in the cause list since the counsel who was on record had given notice of retirement long back and the same was served on petitioner on 27.11.2023 itself.
In spite of service of notice, the petitioner has not pursued the matter and this Court also in the ends of justice had given one more opportunity to the petitioner to engage a counsel, but the petitioner has not engaged any counsel and hence it is clear that he is not interested in pursuing the matter in spite of retirement notice was served on him.
Hence, the petition is dismissed for not pursuing the matter.
