THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ISSUE A WRIT OF CERTIORARI QUASHING THE ORDER BEARING NO.MUJARAI/CR5/14-15 DATED 03.11.2014 PASSED BY THE 3^RD RESPONDENT/ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER BAGALKOT AT ANNEXURE-A, IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE AND EQUITY.

The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the

following reliefs:

“WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed before this Hon’ble Court to issue writ of certiorari quashing the order bearing No.MUJARAI/CR-5/14-15 dated 03.11.2014 passed by the 3^rd Respondent/Assistant Commissioner Bagalkot at Annexure-A and grant any other relief as deemed fit in the interest of justice.”

There being certain complaints and disputes, an

administrator had been appointed by 3^rd respondent.

During the pendency of the above matter, learned

counsel for the petitioners submits that the said

disputes have been resolved and a joint representation has been made to the Assistant Commissioner to revoke the appointment of the administrator. However, due to the pendency of above petition, the Assistant Commissioner has expressed his inability to pass order. In that view of the matter, directing the Assistant Commissioner to pass necessary orders on any representation filed in accordance with law, the petition stands dismissed.
