This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is directed against the order dated 21.06.2022 in Application Nos.10206-10213/2022 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Belagavi Bench (for short ‘Tribunal’) allowing the respondents’ application and directing the respondents to protect the last pay drawn by the applicants in the Military Service under Rule 41C of KCSRs and to revise the pay of the applicants and grant all consequential benefits including the arrears accrued, if any.
