The grievance of the petitioners is that despite

there being a recommendation from the Publics Account Committee as per Annexures-T & V, dated 10.11.2020 & 03.10.2023 respectively recommending the extension of

pay protection to the petitioners from 01.04.2014 and refixing the Academic Grade Pay of Rs.6,000/-, with a specific condition to implement the same and to report the payment, no action has been taken in this regard by respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the Institution namely respondent No.4 under

whom the petitioners are employed has also issued several reminders, yet there has been no response from the concerned authorities.

Learned counsel for the respondent – Institution submits that they have also been perusing and following up with the matter.
