ORDER
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned Order/Endorsement dated 20.09.2023 passed in MISC.CR634/2022-23 by respondent No.1-The Tahasildar, Raibag produced as per Annexure-G and writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.1-Tahasildar, Raibag to correct the name of the petitioner as per the application with affidavit produced as per Annexure-E1 and E2.
valid reasons to oppose the prayer. Admittedly, the petitioner is name found in the in Adhar Card, Pan Card, Ration Card, Election ID Card and School records etc are in conformity with the name which the petitioner wants to have in the records of rights.
ORDER
Petition is allowed.
Impugned endorsement Annexure-G dated 20.09.2023 is
quashed. Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner and pass necessary order to change the name of the petitioner in the revenue of rights in consonance

with the Adhar Card and the Pan Card within a period of 8
weeks from today.
