The captioned writ petition is filed by the petitioner alleging that respondent having registered the complaint are not contemplating further course of action. Petitioner pleads that the investigation pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner is going on at a snail pace. Therefore, this writ petition is filed.

Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent on instruction submits that investigation is underway and it is at the stage of conclusion. On receipt of the investigation report, the authority will intimate the petitioner and proceed with further course of action, at the earliest.
