The respondent No.3 passed the award and issued the award notice dated 30.09.2024 to the land owners who are the petitioners herein and in view of the same the writ petition has become in fructuous and the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition as not pressed and the copy of the award notice acknowledged along with this memo. Hence this memo.”
2. In view of the memo, the writ petition is dismissed
as withdrawn.
