Learned counsel for the petitioners has questioned the impugned tender notification. On instructions, he submits that, the petitioner is declared as a successful bidder and therefore the captioned petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed off.
In view of disposal of the petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and are disposed of accordingly.
