This writ appeal was filed on 03.01.2023. On scrutiny, the
Registry has raised as many as 16 office objections, including non-payment of court fee. Even after providing many opportunities, 9 office objections are yet to be attended to.
“Finally, 10 days time is granted to comply with the office objections on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- payable to the “Advocates’ Welfare Fund”, failing which, list of dismissal on 02.12.2024.”

4. In the above circumstances, it appears that the appellant
has no interest in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
