This Writ appeal is listed for dismissal for
non-compliance of office objections. It was filed on 6th June 2023.
that cost has been paid and he prays for further time to comply the office objections. Cost is imposed to see that office objections are complied. Without complying the office objections, if cost is paid, it would be of no use to the appellants. The intention of this Court is not to collect the cost but, to see that office objections are complied. If cost is paid without complying office objections, the purpose of imposing cost would be defeated. There is no justification to grant further time.
