Though the learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw I.A.No.1/2023, on the ground that the appellants have initiated fresh proceedings before the learned Single Judge, on a specific query from the Court, whether the present appeal would survive for consideration, learned counsel for the appellant fairly
states, he shall withdraw the appeal, if liberty is granted by the Court to the appellants to urge all the grounds as available to the appellants both on facts and in law.
