the respective parties, it is not in dispute with regard to the fact that the plaintiff had purchased total extent of 4 acres 35 guntas as per registered sale deed dated 14.10.1971, 22.06.1969 and 12.07.1967. On the other hand, the plaintiffs have sold 3 acres 33 guntas to defendant No.5 as per registered sale deed dated 27.10.2006. In the background of this aspect, whether the plaintiffs have to be declared as owner of the retained portion of 1 acre 2 guntas or not is to be looked into in this appeal.
