JUDGMENT
The learned counsel, who on record for the appellant has
retired from the case and after retirement also, the Court has ordered to issue notice to the appellant and the appellant has been served with notice by the concerned Court and to that effect, report is also submitted and notice is also served in person on 13.02.2024. However, till date, neither the appellant has engaged any counsel nor appeared in person before the Court.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed for not engaging any counsel and also not appearing before the Court in person, inspite of service of notice.
