This appeal is filed on 08.02.2021. Office has raised
the objections. The office has granted time to comply with the office objections. Despite the time granted, the appellants did not comply with the office objections.

Two weeks time was granted to comply with the office objections. The matter was listed on 28.10.2024. At the request of the learned counsel for the appellants, time was granted to take necessary steps against deceased appellant No.1. The matter was listed on 25.11.2024. None appears for the appellants. One week time is granted to file a necessary application, failing which, appeal shall be listed for dismissal. Despite granting sufficient opportunity, the appellant neither complied office objections nor filed necessary application to bring the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1. The appeal is of the year 2021. It seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
